How Providers Are Matched
You request an estimate or request a callback to check provider availability. We look at the type of project and the location. Then we connect you with an independent provider in our network who may be a fit.
From there, the conversation is between you and the provider. You can ask questions, compare notes and decide at your own pace.
What We Ask of Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Answer homeowner calls politely
- Explain the scope of work in plain words
- Put the quote in writing
- Be open about timing and materials
- Follow local rules and permit needs
We also encourage you to ask each provider about licensing, insurance and references. Do not skip that step.
What We Do Not Do
We do not do the work. We do not set prices, and we do not manage your project. We do not offer concrete driveway repair, and we do not handle customer service for past jobs. Foundation repair experts are a different trade, and this site is focused on new flatwork.
