How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who reaches out to Myndpay Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page explains how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • How your call or message to Myndpay Concrete was handled
  • How your personal information was treated
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you have an issue with work at your home, begin by taking it up with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know that Myndpay Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@myndpay.bond and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Send It

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into the matter, which may involve contacting the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to assist with licensed contractors.
